Magento 1.9 : ssl not work properly in website page

I active ssl from this Method



Navigate to System > Configuration > General > Web
Click the Secure tab
Enable Yes for the option Use Secure URLs in the frontend
Enable Yes for the option Use Secure URLs in the Admin
Check the offload header as SSL_OFFLOADED


Clear cash and refresh page
The ssl only work in admin page
