Minimum shipping amount error in checkout page

I've added a minimum order amount of $100 in sales->sales->minimum order amount of my magento2 site. It works fine till the cart page. If the subtotal is below $100 it'll display that error. After when we proceed to checkout page and click the place order the same error($100 minimum order shipping not included) is showing in the payment section of the checkout page. So i am not able to make an order. If we disable the minimum order amount everything will work fine.



Hope someone will help to fix this issue.
