Update links in CMS pages to point to sub-domain

0

My Magento 2 website is set up such that it has a main store and several sub-domains. I have created a page with links to different categories and I want this page to be available for each sub-domain with the links pointing to the categories for that sub-domain.

For example:
All Categories for main website (links = www.example.com/all-categories)
All Categories for sub-domain 1 (links = sub1.example.com/all-categories)

How do I reproduce the page for each sub-domain with links updated for that sub-domain rather than having to create a new page for each sub-domains?
