Why my transactional emails are different: mobile (engligh) vs computer (portuguese, right one)?

I have translated the Magento store into my local language, Portuguese. For some reason, when booking a service via a mobile, The store sends the transnational emails still in English. When booking via a computer, that's working perfectly.
