Magetno 2 Related Products Rules not showing all products

I am using Magento EE 2.2.2. My question is related to the MARKETING -> Promotions -> Rleated Product Rules.



I have configured it at Stores -> Configuration -> Catalog -> Rule-Based Product Relations. As you can see in the screenshot

Now I have also created one rule which setting you can see

And products to Display is

there are more than 3 products which have same attribute value. But in the frontend it is always show three products. Rather it show 5. Can you please help me how can I fix it?



I have tried to clear cache, disable cache, re indexing etc
