I need to know the progress of something whose I Know only given thinks.
remaining time in milliseconds
last time ,i.e, end time = 0
I do not know the total time as well as the start time
I am working on an android app and I really want to know this thing Here progress can also be equal to a percentage.
It may be an easy task or maybe impossible just let me in the comment

With this little information..you can't obtain the percentage of progress.for finding any percentage we must need a reference value e.g. "16 out of 73".
So,you can't get anything by only knowing one number...but I doubt, how did you get the remaining time without knowing the time required to finish!!
