This is a path issue.
try editing the Validator file from vendor folder with namespace




magentoframeworkViewElementTemplateFile




At around line 138 replace code with this one



$realPath = str_replace('\', '/',$this->fileDriver->getRealPath($path));


save then cache:flush

I got the exact solution if it exist after changing the



$realPath = str_replace('\', '/',$this->fileDriver->getRealPath($path));


ADD to the database:



INSERT INTO `core_config_data` (`scope`, `scope_id`, `path`, `value`) VALUES ('default', 0, 'dev/static/sign', '0');
